香烤牛肋扒 ｜ Prime rib eye steak $288
12安士牛肋扒伴薯蓉及香烤雜菜份量足。味道恰到好處，略嫌牛扒有筋。
The 12ozs prime rib eye steak was served with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetable. The taste was not bad but the steak is slightly rooted.
卡邦尼意大利麵 ｜Spaghetti Carbonara $168
卡邦尼主要材料有意大利煙肉，雞蛋及芝士忌廉汁。醬汁份量不多，意粉軟硬度適中。黑椒份量略多。
The main ingredients of Carbonara are Pancetta, egg and cheese cream sauce. The hardness of the spaghetti is moderate. Slightly overused of black pepper.
